1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details (where applicable).

We reserve the right to extend processing times during peak periods. Customers will be notified in case of significant delay.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times: 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In accordance with EU law, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are:

  • Displayed at checkout before payment confirmation; or

  • Offered free above a specified order value (if applicable).

All applicable VAT is included where required by law.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

6. Delays, Loss & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon physical possession of the goods.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@helenedelmarmol.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
